I have an issue on my left foot that my middle toes rubs against my big toe on our evening walks (3+ miles) and has created a bit of an uncomfortable callous. These toe spacers are a little intimidating due to their size, but they do work. Unlike another variety of toe spacers I have, these are long enough to keep my toe separated at the top where it needs to be. Due to its size and design, it stays in place. The gel spacer surface area is substantial (and very soft and squishy). It does take me personally a little time getting used to wearing it, especially inside a sock and sneaker, because it's basically like holding a piece of bazooka bubble gum between your toes; it just doesn't feel natural. But I think it definitely feels better when my toes aren't rubbing together.
I’ve tried many different toe separators over the years. What I like best about these is that the wedge in the middle is thick and firm and is actually effective in separating the big toe from the second toe. Many toe separators just aren’t thick or firm enough and it doesn’t do the job.
Yet at the same time, this has a little bit of give so that it’s not uncomfortable to wear or walk around in.
My concern is how long the fabric attachment will last with regular use pulling it on and off. I’m also concerned about how often it would need to be washed and how well it would wash considering it’s fabric as opposed to a silicone attachment.
But for now, I would say this is the most effective toe separator that I have tried because of how thick the wedges are. It’s a great value for the price—you also get 2 pair, 4 total. I hope it lasts!
Good quality and easy to put on. The spacer was a bit too large for my feet so that I was not able to wear it with shoes which was the reason I selected this particular style. I wear a size 5 so it would probable be great for someone with a larger shoe size.
The spacer works to keep my toes apart. the thing I don't like is that the elastic ends on each toe rolls and leaves big ridges by the end of the night and makes my toes feel a little puffy

These toe separators are easy to put on, but I would suggest starting with wearing them for a short amount of time and then building up. The first day I got them,that evening before I went to bed,I put one on between my big toe and my first toe. I woke up about three hours later in intense pain. As soon as I removed this toe separator, the pain went away. After that, I started with an hour a day and I’ve been adding a half an hour every day since. I’m currently up to four hours a day, though I still haven’t tried wearing them with shoes. My feet will definitely fit in my shoes, I just want to give them more time because of my first negative experience. They do definitely create separation between my toes though and as long as I can continue to build up wearing them, my goal is to wear them during the day in shoes. I’ll come back and update this review if that doesn’t work out for me.
